Communications Strategy
Securing 2-way communication. Working
from an incomplete draft of the Regional Social Strategy
(limited to an introduction and review of the social exclusion issue) the
consultant provided a creative overview of the entire project, a design theme
and generally assisted with the draft plan’s development.

A
highly accessible consultation draft was prepared containing
a detailed specification of the final plan’s components. Further, response
to the draft was encouraged by the facilitation of a ‘virtual’ input
route.
Outcome
Almost 100 detailed responses were received and analysed.
The final strategy built directly on the consultation document and was well-received.
